The GILAB team was pleased to contribute to the 1st Curriculum Development Training within the Erasmus+ PASEC project by delivering training sessions in Belgrade, Serbia. The event brought together academic staff and researchers from partner institutions across Europe and Asia to exchange knowledge on innovative teaching approaches, precision agriculture, and digital technologies for sustainable agriculture.
During the Belgrade training, GILAB experts shared their experience in geospatial technologies, Earth Observation, and digital solutions that support modern agricultural practices. The sessions encouraged collaboration between academia and industry while showcasing practical applications of GIS and remote sensing for climate-resilient agriculture.
The training formed part of a five-day programme held in Novi Sad and Belgrade from 29 June to 3 July 2026, strengthening international cooperation and supporting the modernization of higher education curricula in precision agriculture and sustainable environmental management.
